Empowering Nurses
Beyond assisting attorneys, I have a growing passion for empowering my fellow nurses. I envision a future where I can educate nurses on legal matters, encouraging them to confidently advocate for themselves and their patients. It's crucial that every nurse feels equipped to uphold proper standards and utilize their skills effectively, ensuring both excellent patient care and the well-being of the nursing profession.
Too often, nurses are placed in high-stakes situations without adequate legal knowledge or support. I believe that when nurses are equipped with the tools to understand their rights, communicate effectively, and recognize red flags in documentation and patient safety, they become stronger advocates—not just for themselves, but for every person under their care.
By bridging the gap between medicine and law, I aim to help build a workforce of informed, empowered nurses who lead with clarity, protect their licenses, and elevate the standards of our profession. Together, we can create a culture where nurses are respected, protected, and prepared.
